EUROBIKE

The EUROBIKE in Frankfurt am Main is the world’s leading trade fair for bicycles and future mobility – and in 2026 it opens its doors again from 24 to 27 June. Three business days (Wednesday to Friday) and one festival day (Saturday) make it the central meeting point for the entire industry: from established manufacturers and start-ups to municipalities and other mobility stakeholders.

  • 24-27 June 2026 | Messe Frankfurt
  • Professional days: Wednesday–Friday
  • Festival days: Saturday

In 2026, the fair comes in a new guise: the concept has been fundamentally revised – more compact, more focused, with clearly curated topic areas. In doing so, EUROBIKE follows a trend that many mobility trade fairs are adopting: moving away from a strict separation by vehicle type, towards an integrated presentation of everyday mobility – leisure, family, work, urban logistics. For cargo bikes, which play a role in all these areas of life, this means greater visibility at various points throughout the fair, rather than concentrated in a single hall.

Another key feature of EUROBIKE 2026 is a stronger focus on interaction and collaborative working: rather than purely lecture- and exhibition-based formats, the fair is deliberately betting on participatory formats in which stakeholders from industry, retail, municipalities and civil society develop ideas together and work towards a shared vision for the future of cycling.

Where to find cargo bike content?

For years, Eurobike has been showcasing a huge range of cargo bikes. In the following section, we’ve listed where you can find cargo bikes at the 2026 trade fair and what else is going on there.

Beyond Bicycles Friday, 26. Jun, 10:30 – 1:00 p.m., Hall 12

A real highlight this year: together with EUROBIKE, cargobike.jetzt is organising the new B2B format „Beyond Bicycle“ – a combination of keynote presentations, discussion and World Café, moderated by Eileen Niehaus and Alexander Lutz from cargobike.jetzt.

The format is dedicated to all bicycles that go beyond the classic two-wheeler: cargo bikes and trailers for private and commercial users, as well as recumbents, tricycles, tandems and specialised cycles for older people or those with mobility impairments. The focus is on practical insights and tips from experts for experts – and on intensive exchange between manufacturers, retailers, workshops and service providers.

But if you’re expecting professional sport, you’ll be proven wrong: these races are events by and for the Cargobike community and a pleasure for all participants.

Open Stage Sessions

In addition to structured conferences and panel discussions, the Cargo Area also hosts standalone presentations by various experts on the stages in Hall 8. These sessions are open to all visitors and offer valuable insights into the cargo bike world across different themes and applications.

EUROBIKE moved from Friedrichshafen to metropolitan Frankfurt in 2022: „In Frankfurt, we will be selectively expanding the CARGO AREA“ was announced by EUROBIKE director Dirk Heidrich. In July 2022, the Cargo Area in Frankfurt brought together over 50 cargo bike exhibitors in the prominent, 30.000 square meter Future Mobility Hall (Hall 8). Additional cargo bikes were presented in the nearby demo area.

At the new location at Messe Frankfurt, Eurobike 2022 has proven that the cargo bike segment is flourishing in Europe. We are very excited about the new opportunities brought about by this year’s Eurobike.
